State6 is run by the two serving officers who built it, and we read every email ourselves. There is one address for everything: hello@state6.co.uk.

We are serving officers, so replies can land outside office hours. Tell us the email address on your account and what you were doing when the problem appeared, and we can usually sort it in one reply.

Help with your account

Trouble signing in, a payment that has not unlocked your plan, credits that look wrong, or a Mock Board that would not connect. Email us from the address you signed up with. If it is a voice problem, tell us the browser and whether you were on a work network, because force networks often block live audio.

Refunds and complaints

The Refund Policy sets out when a refund is available. To ask for one, email us with the address you bought with and the order reference on your Stripe receipt. We acknowledge every refund request within two working days and pay eligible refunds within 14 days.

If something has gone wrong and you want to complain, use the same address. We acknowledge complaints within five working days and aim to resolve them within 28 days, as the Terms set out.

Forces, Federations and training teams

Preparing a group of candidates? Site licences and bulk seat pricing are available for forces, Federation branches and training teams, and we can work to invoice-based procurement. Tell us roughly how many officers, which ranks and when their boards are, and we will come back with a price.

Keep policing information out of your email

Please do not send names, crime or custody references, intelligence or anything protectively marked. We never need it to help you, and the same rule applies to everything you write inside State6.
