What you get
- A voiced AI mock board that asks rank calibrated questions out loud and probes what you actually said. You get a full written debrief afterwards.
- AI coaching on every answer you build, up to three rounds on each section, trained to catch the lines a panel would seize on.
- Scoring against the CVF 2024, the framework your board uses.
- Your force's HMICFRS inspection picture built into questions and reviews, so you prepare for the board you'll actually sit at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary.
One plan, every tool: the voiced Mock Board, STANCE presentations, AI coaching, AI Board Reviews, practice questions and your force’s HMICFRS context.
State6 was built by two serving UK police officers, a Superintendent and an Inspector with 38 years across four forces, because good officers were failing boards they should have passed. It’s used by officers preparing for Sergeant, Inspector and Chief Inspector boards across the country.
